About Me
This website serves as my personal portfolio. It presents my professional background, qualifications, certifications, projects, practical lab work, and selected professional activities.
Academic and Professional Background
My academic background combines legal studies in Armenia with a Magister Legum (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne. My principal areas of study were international law and German constitutional and public law. The close relationship between law and politics has shaped my understanding that security also entails responsibility for individuals, institutions, and the common good.
As digitalization advances, essential societal and governmental processes are increasingly moving into the digital domain. This development led to my interest in cybersecurity, information security, and digital resilience, areas in which I have pursued further professional training. Today, I focus particularly on the interaction between technical, legal, organizational, and security-policy perspectives—with the aim of contributing to a secure and responsibly shaped digital society.
