Background & Motivation
My academic path combines legal studies in Armenia with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne, Germany. My areas of focus included international law as well as German constitutional and public law. In addition, I have completed professional training in cybersecurity.
My interests lie at the intersection of legal, technical, societal, and geopolitical perspectives on security, digital resilience, and cybersecurity governance. This website serves as a platform for independent research and analysis. Its purpose is to provide accessible context for complex security-related issues, examine current developments in internet and network security, and present governmental and institutional initiatives aimed at strengthening digital resilience.
